Lower Abdominal Exercises – You Don’t Want to Miss These Mind …
Do you want a sexy and hot six-pack, but you can’t seem to get good definition on your lower abs? Well my friend, I have three keys which will give you mind blowing results with your abdominals!
You want to develop your lower abdominals so that way you don’t have any more body fat in your midsection. Here are three lower abdominal exercises which will rip your lower abs in the least amount of time:
Lower Abdominal Exercise #1: Lie on your floor on your back, with your legs and arms relaxed and flat. You can keep your hands beside you or beneath your lower back to support it. Now, elevate your feet to about six inches above the floor and hold. Then move up again another six inches and hold once again. Then move up once again until you feel that crunch in your abs. Then slowly lower your legs back down again, repeating, with the 6 inches. You will feel this exercise working right away.
Lower Abdominal Exercise #2: Lie on your back again, but this time lift up your legs so that your knees are bent. Put your arms on the side of your body, and then proceed to use your abdominal muscles to lift both your hips and legs off of the floor. Do not use your hands or anything else to help you completely, but rather focus your attention to your lower abs (make them do the work), by doing this exercise slowly. Be sure to hold this position as well for about 5 seconds, and then do 20 repetitions, after you have released.
Lower Abdominal Exercise #3: For this one, you will need a captain’s chair or a pull up bar. Hang from the bar with your legs held together. Contract your lower abdominal muscles, so that your legs are lifted, and do so until your legs are about 90 degrees from your torso. If you keep your legs straight, you will find this exercise extremely difficult at first, so it is ok to have your knees bent.
These three lower abdominal exercises combined will give you ripped results in no time flat, and they work regardless of whether or not you are a beginner or you are advanced in your workout routines.
